Shipping Info: I'll be using regular post offices for packages and products, so generally if you're in the UK it shouldn't take longer than a few days (maybe a week in some cases), and elsewhere will take longer. If you would like a postal rate higher than 1st class please get in touch. This will cost extra but it all depends on the service.
Return Policy: Contact me with any problems with merchandise or music products. We'll sort it out somehow, and find a way of handling that should it happen. I make sure all addresses are as clear as possible on packages, and if any go missing in the post I'm afraid I can't replace without additional charges. Cheers!
