I can't remember who it was, but I heard about someone retyping Great Expectations (or some other classic novel) just to feel how it felt going through their typewriter. This is not far off. I just wanted to see what it was like having that original sample running through the MPC. Felt good you know. Nothing complex, just beat edits over the loop. Nothing fancy.
